What compensation can I claim?

What costs do I have to pay?
We will access funding from ILARS(Independent Legal and Review Service) to cover the costs associated with the processing of your workers’ compensation claim such as costs associated with obtaining medical reports. You are not liable for any costs at all in relation to your workers’ compensation matter.
If you are entitled to make a Work Injury Damages Claim for a more serious injury where negligence has occurred we will pay the costs and expenses of obtaining expert and medical reports. Our Professional fees for our time are not payable until if and when we obtain damages for you. The Insurer is obliged to pay some but not all of your legal costs in addition to paying Damages for your loss of wages.
